Our main business at The Quilter’s Ranch is our brick and mortar shop in Tempe, AZ. We realize that not everyone can come to visit us every day, so we see our web site as an important way to showcase all our wonderful merchandise.
A note about kits at The Quilter’s Ranch:
We delight in putting together quilt kits that we would enjoy quilting ourselves. We do not try to hide our ‘dog’ fabrics and we do not charge a kit fee. As we run out of a fabric used in our sample, sometimes we need to make fabric substitutions along the way. However, we only do so with fabrics we feel are equally wonderful.
‘Inside the Kit Bag’ photos depict the actual fabrics included. Sometimes while making samples we find that pattern designers have over or under calculated fabric requirements. We will include what we have found to be sufficient fabric and include a note to explain any deviation from the pattern.
Kits are often more economical than buying fabric off the bolt because we include cuts of fabric such as fat 1/8ths or 9” squares that we don’t normally sell.
All kits are checked by a second employee for quality assurance before they are packed…just in case!
No Refunds!
Please make your selections carefully because we do not accept returns except in the case of defective merchandise or our own errors. Please contact us immediately if such an error occurs so that we can correct the problem! No returns for any reason without our consent.
Shipping Information
We are currently not set up for international shipments. If you are living outside the USA, please contact us so that we are aware there is an interest in international deliveries.
All customers in the USA will have their purchases sent via the United States Post Office Priority Mail.
Until October 31, 2007, all purchases over $250.00 will be sent with Free Freight!
Payment Options
You may pay for your order with Visa or MasterCard through our secure web site.
If you prefer, you may fax your order or you may call The Quilter’s Ranch with your Visa or MasterCard account number.
If you choose to pay by Cashier’s Check or Money Order, please be aware that we will not cut fabric, or set aside your order pending the arrival of your check, so there may be a risk that the item(s) would be out of stock when we receive payment. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
Complete Shipments
In case an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to see how you would like to proceed. We will not charge your account for out of stock items until they are available
